elan connect future proof?

There appears to be some future prooofing built into the Pure Elan Connect radio. Its possible it would be useable even if the portal it uses ceased to exist. Here I take a look at the details.

Hello .. just purchased this Model of radio and having troubles saving presets from 3 onwards .. do you have ( as I can’t see one in your list of videos ) a clip on instructions on how to do this .. I was able to preset 1 & 2 and preset to 3 looks pretty straight forward according to the very very basic instructions included in the box.. I have gone back to the factory reset and ended up with the same results .. I can’t find anything on KZbin or the web to help with this .. your assistance would be grateful.. many thanks in advance

Hi John, A long press of the "3" button will allow you to enter and populate the rest of the presets. A shorter press of the "3" allows access to the presets.

I have one of these radios but i cannot store more than 2 presets. Is there something i am missing in how to use the 3+ presets? Any help would be appreciated.

Try a long press on the 3 key, it should then give you access to the other presets.
