I totally agree on the sheer tops but i do plan on getting some black ones to peak out UNDER a proper top. I also want a pattern to the sheer top for it to look a little more put together with the blouse on top like maybe a lacey print to the sheer or floral type print

I feel a much better format for videos like this would be to list the trends you won't be participating in and specifically why. Saying they are ugly doesn't give me any information that I can use. It just seems that you don't like to try something that is new. I appreciate and look for content providers that try new things and tell me why they don't think it works for them. People's bodies are vastly different. Things that look good on me won't look good on someone else and vice versa.

No disrespect but I think you’re the one who doesn’t like to try new things. She likes classic style not fads. Elena not only gave us things she did not like but gave ideas as to what she would replace them with as well. These are her suggestions and her opinions. You don’t have to follow anything she says if it “ offends” you in any way. I don’t always agree with things she says but I do keep it tucked in the back of my mind when I’m out shopping for clothes. I think she’s very informative and helpful.

No matter what the trend is I still have to take account of my personal aesthetic and my body shape and height. Mesh flats is dumb. Ballet flats are cute, but the Ballet mary janes or the mesh ballet mary janes. I rather go to hell than as an Asian looking like I came from the Republic of China era (1920s-40s before communism). May be cute if I was a non asian girl though. Tennis dresses is great as a hiking date and that's it. I remember when Tom Toms were in. Again rather go to hell than looking like a kungfu student as an Asian girl wearing them.
