What about picking items? From my experience there is a slight delay before the option to interact with items pops up and then a second delay between the button input and the action taking place. Is anyone experiencing similiar issues? I should note that I also have a PC account, wired up to the same router and there is no such issue on PC. I have a stable ping of 30 most of the time...

All they really need to do is give the PS4 version legitimate graphics settings instead of just motion blur and v-sync. That way, we can choose if we want high graphics with low framerates or high framerates with slightly lower graphics.

You underestimate ps4 bro. What we need is just FPS mode that only lowers resolution. Even Base ps4 can handle 60 FPS. Cod that is more detailed to this game runs 60fps. Ps4 pro need FPS mode 1080p 60fps.

Irony though is that the more there is atmosphere the more there should be blur in the distance. So sharpness when looking at draw distance is not how optics works, the air of the atmosphere has a 0.001ish index of refraction, so theoretically the Rayleigh Scattering makes it that particles add a blue hue and a small amount of blur/lensing, thus creating the fog our eyes naturally see in the far (humidity + evaporation = more fog) so theoretically for the best visuals, characters should be sharp, while the background progressively blurs in the far due to natural f-stops in the human eyes. This might be a little late, but: Unity is a good engine when considering next gen, pc and mobile. Considering optimization, this game is done incredible well when it comes to mobile / pc and ok'ish for console in regards to a lot of last gen tech drawbacks (hdd, memory & memory speed, cpu clock etc.). Could it be better? Easily, just tune down visuals. Can PS5 be utilized better? Well, very damn easily, in theory, even 120fps should be possible. However, no need for them to work on. Stabilizing fps even during higher loads when it comes to streaming environment and maybe some adjustments to draw distance, lighting and shadow quality oughta be more then enough.

Hey man I've been watching your videos. Really good stuff. However I think you are missing one simple thing. - Load time comparisons for fast travel. Many open world games require frequent fast travel and this is more important than the initial boot up load time, particularly as most of the consoles have a resume feature. E.g. In Genshin the difference between fast travel on PS4 and PS5 is something like 30 seconds on PS4 compared to 15 seconds on PS5 (rough numbers). During a play session you may fast travel 20 times. That's a 5 minutes saving. Over the course of the game and many hundreds of fast travels this is HOURS!!! Keep up the great work

Genshin: can play pc, console, and phone free to play good story nice graphics good fps no laggs lots of character, and play style multiplayer the world is liveing enemy npc-s have brain and some of them are very unique open world non stop events Cyberpunk 2077: full of laggs unplayable on console npc-s are dumb as fuck graphics looks like shit have to pay for it every second npc-s looks the same no multi fps is worst than they advertised open world made for more than 7 years the developers lied to you

@LøstSoul XD Than maybe we play a different game xd, I got 6 five stars from 5 wish, On ps I haven't any fps problem until now, some times I see laggs but only 3-4 per week The graphics I think its ok, there are some loading problems sometimes but some piece places is just beautiful. The world is really empty a bit, but if we look at this is a medieval age, than maybe is acceptable. And you can make contact with all the npc-s and mostly they have different stories, it must be a hard work to make them. The music is made by real orchestra, the map will be bigger than the horizon zero dawn with the dlc map. I think this much for a free to play game is more than enough. CP is just a shitload of trash and you have to pay for it, and Im not joking, but I saw unopened CP 2077 ps4 for 1 USD on Marketplace XDDD its shows how much it worth If The Ghost of Thushima was a dissapointment then CP is a complett disaster, perfect for this year.

PS5 loading time seems wrong. It has SSD right? The game loads 34s from the door appears to the game at my phone. And about 11-13s for quick travel. From somewhere near Stormterror to Moonstadt. It took about 3-4s for the fast travel at my PC with SSD. Both using 1080p. Dunno if it will make the loading significantly longer at 4K.

Thats because this game is not optimized on consoles. Mihoyo did a poor job in porting the game to consoles because they dont have experience in that particular department. Doesnt have anything to do with the power of the ps5 cuz im sure a potato PC dont have ray tracing not to mention playing games in 4K 60 fps.

I find it so bizarre that the ps4 can run games like The Last of Us part 2 and Rdr2 solid on 30fps with no texture loading issues while it struggles to load Genshin Impact. Surely Genshin impact is a less graphics heavy game, no?

playing on the pro then moving to ps5 was a pretty intense difference playing it feels totally different and the world looks greatly better especially with the new dragonspine its basically the pc version now I compared the 2 myself and it's the same now but otherwise nice vid just didn't like the music's in the background you should have used the genshin music otherwise nice comparison vid
