I'm a beginner in using 3d max, I'm currently using the 3d max 2024, and the Path Deform 2 is not on the option. What else can I do?

It would be nice if they would respond to this. I am wanting to do a full ribbon and this example was looking great.

Same. I want to make a ribbon but the twisting is weird when i just sweep. this looked like a great way to fix it.
