Sia not getting emotions? Read about her past and then listen to her music and see if you still feel that way. I've personally never heard anyone sing with more emotion than Sia, everything she sings comes from the heart. I would recommend her acoustic versions.

And her lyrics tell wonderful stories and her videos are full of hidden meanings. But her voice doesn't have the passion that Madilyn shows in some of her covers. Listen to her cover of Chandelier by Sia. Listen to the 123 123 drink part among others. Thats beautiful emotion with her voice breaking.

Omar Kiyani I've listened to most of Madilyns covers and I love them. Madilyn is an excellent singer with a voice that make me shiver. Yet I personally believe Sia to be the number one artist when it comes to both emotions, lyrics, style etc... Her music has helped me through some pretty tough times and I've become a bit of Sia fanboy. Also I don't really agree with music being about voice only (since I'm a Piano player myself) but I do respect your opinion and Madilyn has one of the best voices within the KZbin music community.

You can sing this song in a lower key :) Also a tip, original version ( as most Sia songs ) are produced snappy with no discernible reverb, I know, it's hard to make a piano cover in a dancing pop style but it's possible. What I would do is mic up the physical room with 2 x active mics ( mic the room and not the instruments ) add zero fx, lower the key, increase tempo by 5 % and dance, but that's me :) Btw. I'm a music producer lost to time, greatly admire your Internet album, keeping things real and the albums inspiration to children is emotional @@MadilynBailey

I have had a youtube account for more than 6 years now and this is the first and only channel that I have actually subscribed to. i just wanted to say thank you Miss Madilyn Bailey for all the wonderful and beautiful music you have shared with the world. Music has always been an extremely emotional thing for me and hearing your voice made me truly smile for the first time in a very long time. Not my fake smile that I put on so that nobody thinks that anything is wrong or my smile when I think something is amusing but a smile that I have when i truly hear or witness something beautiful that reminds me that my life is still young and that by staying alive I can hear and see more of these beautiful things. I realize you will never read this comment and that everyone on this comment board will probably say very unwanted negative things about me and how i am simply seeking your attention and if that is the way i come across to you Miss Bailey then i am truly sorry for being a source of irritation that I am sure you could do without. But i simply felt that I needed to tell you how much your music has cheered me up today and that for the next while I shall continue to use it to remind me of the nicer things of this world so thank you and I look forward to hearing you next video I am sure it will be spectacular.

It's amazing - i think Sia really writes and performs amazing songs that really lend themselves well to singers like yourself - full of passion and really willing to push their voice to get the song over to the audience. IT's amazing how both yours and the original are mind blowing and so different with the same essence - i love it. Any chance of the piano notes anywhere - willing to pay of course?
