This machine learning meet-up wants to introduce the new workshop we created in Elastic to enable customers to start using the Machine Learning feature in the right way.
We will discover the benefit to let an unsupervised system to detect anomalies and analysing an huge amount of data to discover hidden information that can make a difference.
You will learn how to setup an Elastic Machine Learning node in the correct way and what need to be considered, how to setup a job, which kind of function must be selected for a particular analysis and so on.
The meet-up will introduce the AI and the machine learning functionalities available in version 7.11 and how to get the best of it

Can you please explain the relevance of function while creating a ml job? I thought algorithm will decide everything based on training data.
