The two are a little different. Gambling has the allure of turning a small pile of coins into a fortune. Gatcha offers the promise that your trash squad will become super elite, if you just buy one more pull! Or in the case of an actual whale, 10,000 pulls at a time. Difference is you gotta have the cash before you can become a whale. Anyone can gamble, no matter how much you got.
