what i like about these tracks is it covers the sad and sorrow of the Eldar compared to dow1 which has mysterius and suspisious feeling, once rulers of the galaxy now facing extinction without any a home wandering to take it back

@@dr.feelgoodmalusphillips2475 i forgot to add that dow3 soundtrack does not have a track for each race and i dont know what the developers want me to recognise, when you listen to dow1 you will know which race the soundtrack belongs to and also the soundtrack that covers the overall battles/horrors of the 40k universe themes that the developers focused more on, for instance "urban wasteland" and dark crusade metamap themes. Dow 2 however is only focused on each race having their own multiple themes that again you will recognise at the first tone and some even collide with one another like "hunting the hive tyrant" and "they come in waves and we push them back" which have the feelings of heroic space marines facing an endless horror of tyranids with the weird string sounds. Another example is "to battle brothers" which has that sad eldar vs space marine theme (and was played in Horus Heresy istvaan 3 video from FW), even orks themes could fit to ANY race depending on context, for example an ork theme start in a mission from retribution after the exterminatus on typhon where you hunt down the remaining eldar forces and the eldar literally call you saveges for killing mindlesly which is what the orks are and do, thats what makes the ork themes more fitting than the sad eldar themes in that mission no matter which race you play (even eldar vs eldar in that mission) and that makes dow 2 the best soundtrack imo because depending on context each theme will fit any race which is why its genius

Doyle W. Donehoo was able to create a masterpiece for each faction in the game. Although I'd say he was beat by Soule in some instances, whose tracks had more subtlety to them, most of what 40k is is anything but subtle and so I'd say Donehoo wins out. Then again, he did get 3 tracks to compose while Soule only got 1. A crying shame.

I'd say Jeremy, Inon and Doyle brought the franchise to life in so many creative and awesome ways and then you get Paul's heaping bile of shit. Which sounds nothing 40K alike.

I believe they were promotional images. I just found them by searching the Web deep enough and of course, the Eldar image is shown after a mutiplayer mission.
