Mohgwyn Palace. You have to do Varres quest, he gives you a medal you use to get there

if ur able to do it efficiently enough it is worth the extra 30ish thousand runes but if u cant swap and hit the shot fast enough i suggest just doing farm 3 because it gives about 2-3 times the amount of the bird and takes less time, bc if u rest at the grace too soon u won't get the runes for the bird

how do you get 60k from the bird? i only get 17k with gold scarab and gold 4 finger

ng+ increases runes gain by roughly 550%

some enemies have a chance (although very low) to spawn with gold eyes (it’s hard to notice), they pretty much drop 5x the amount of runes they usually drop.

you have to get the sacred relic sword by trading in the elden beast remembrance

once you beat the elden beast and get its remembrance go to the roundtable hound and talk to the finger lady and trade it in for the sacred relic sword, the ash of war is only available on that weapon

How do I get to the place for the bird farm?

Mohgwyn Palace. You have to progress Varre's quest, the NPC you meet when you first enter Limgrave. Towards the end of his quest he'll give you a medal that you use to teleport you to this area.

@@a.h.2182 I recommend the dragon farm in Caelid. Get any bleed weapon (I used the flail) and you can kill him in just a couple of minutes. He drops 50k per run, though you have to be fast. There are excellent guides that will show you how to do it, and it's really close to the boulder farm. Keep in mind if the dragon completely dies before you can rest at a site of grace you will have to NG+ before you can do this farm again because he doesn't respawn.
