If you are having trouble killing soldiers of godrick, I highly recommend going a different path and instead trying to fight soldiers of godrick to level up more. It will come in handy for the late game fight against soldiers of godrick duo

For now, just look at the character classes you can play as. Ask yourself "Who here is the best at stealth?" Come to the conclusion that it has to be the dagger wielding bandit, right? Only to find out that anyone can sneak around in the clunkiest armors. There is no real stealth system. Examine the Grafted Scion boss-fight. The entire Chapel of Anticipation is just a way to screw the player. One cannot even jump off to skip the fight, as it spawns them back at the beginning. For what purpose? What purpose does this introductory boss serve? No healing items, nothing but pain. Why does Varre make such a big deal out of the Tarnished being maidenless, when five minutes later you can get Melina to act as a Maiden? Why is it that summoning ashes have to be so restrictive? One can either summon a mob of easily killed nobles, or a pack of quick-foot wolves. I could understand if only one set of Ashes could be out at a time. But Renala is able to summon a dragon, a bloodhound knight, wolves. There is so much more filler, and poor choices, that don't serve any reason than to inconvenience the player. Like certain craftables requiring FP to use. The whole point of crafting those things, gathering materials, and finding the cookbooks, is usually to conserve FP for more pressing situations.

you should do a thing where instead of each enemy having 5 soldier of godricks it should be how many soldier of godricks that make up their health. (ex since the fire giant has 43,263 health and the soldier of godrick has 384 health there would be a massive horde of 112 soldier of godricks as mohg, lord of blood would have 46 soldier of godricks because he has 18000 health). But enemies with less health than a soldier of godrick would just equate to one soldier of godrick. That sounds like a true hell, maybe to make it easier instead of directly correlating to the enemies health it can be the amount made by the enemies health but divided by 2 or 3. I don’t know if I explained this well enough but it sounds interesting nonetheless.
