I'm so glad you made the glaring differentiation between Miquella and Griffith that everyone pushing the idea that they're same are all forgetting or ignoring. When comparing Elden Ring to Berserk, the one in terms of personality and behavior who fits more in line with Griffith is actually Marika. She's done nothing but use, abuse, and toss away everyone in her life except Godwyn and even then she only loved him because he fit her obsession with perfect order. He was still an object to her like everyone else.

Just watched the small part about Godrick‘s cellar… I think all those corpses were brought in there either to be grafted or as „fertilizer“ for the Deathblight which Godrick needed for grafting. The „cocoons“ may just be the transportation devices used to carry them in there. Maybe they were lowered with ropes or something.

Godrick having the anchor rune makes sense to me, the other runes/circles can attach/graft onto it. Am I imagining this, or are the gargoyles missing parts in the same places as Marika?

I'm so sad i missed all the horror movie talk and the lore stuff! but yknow one thing i cannot let go of is how the Shadow Realm feels almost like a mockery of the lands between or a mockery of the golden order. At first it all seemed like a mirrored world but more and more it looks like it's purposely made to be mocking the design of order present in the lands between.
