If you beat the mimic tear boss he drops and helmet that when used increases your arcane by 8. Very helpful for grinding for rare drops because arcane controls discovery stat.

The talisman that is a silver beetle, it increases your discovery by about 90

Tips for farming: use silver scarab, merikas soreseal, Godricks greatrune, mimic helmet, and activate the Grafted Greatsword ash of war “oath of vengeance” before you farm. The scarab for obvious reasons, the soreseal increases the 4 magic stats by 5, those being mind, int, faith, and arcane. the great rune increases all stats by 5 including arcane, the mask increases your arcane by 8 and the ash of war on the grafted greatsword also increases all stats by 5, including arcane. All of those effects stack, so that’s a free 23 points into arcane. Do that with the pickled foot and you’re set.

You don't need to rest at grace to reset maps, fast traveling also does it, at least that's how it worked when I was farming the Banished Knight set. Edit: Farmed 2, fast traveling resets it.

hug the right after you leave the lift and the enemy won't attack you. it's not much but it saves a few seconds.

You don't need to rest at a grace if you've fast traveled, fast travel resets everything. If you drink a flask and fast travel, they will be replenished as well. Cool video though, thank you

Just in case in the hallway where you find the second snake you can jump to the lava side and 2 more snakes will come out. If you have a decent range build, that's 4 chances per run instead of 2.

If you want another rare weapon, if you go straight past the second snake, past the magma whip snake, through the doors, straight then take a right, at the top of those stairs are two snakes with a magma blade (they don’t drop it) and a snake with an egg on its head that drops a gelmir glintstone staff.

I loved this video, it was very well edited & the script/talking part was good as well. There was only a 2 sections where you weren't talking and they were a few seconds long each, which is nice. They weren't long enough to be noticeable and your gameplay showed what you were doing. There also wasn't any music which isn't really a good or bad thing, but it wasn't really necessary for this video and your script & gameplay allowed us to focus on what you're trying to make a video about. You didn't make it longer than what it took to get the item, and it was engaging. For example I wasn't bored or distracted at all and was able to watch your whole video & remember everything at the end too. You edited your video so when you had stopped talking, another section of you continuing your explanation was already playing, although it was noticeable it didn't affect the video in a negative way and stopped any awkward or longer than necessary pauses. It sounds like you may need to get comfortable or confident with talking for your video, but I've watched your current most recent video "Elden Ring OVERPOWERED Meta PVP Build [Dex/Arcane] - Best Bleed Build for PVP" and it sounds like you've already improved if this was the case. Still a great video :). Your visual editing was very minimal which reminds me of the famous example of Steve Job's Presentation, I don't want to encourage or discourage any editing/visual editing by saying this but compliment your editing in this video by making that comparison. I've seen great channels that have a lot of visual editing like Soviet Womble or TeosGame and others like Real Civil Engineer or Tomato's Trash/ Tomato Gaming who use less or no visual video editing for example.

GUYS I SWEAR HE’S NOT LYING. I’ve been trying to get the second blade for a hr until i read this comment. I put my arc at 99 and also had silver scarab, silver tear mask, marikas soreseal, and godricks great rune. Got the blade on my second attempt.

It took me quite awhile but once I built my discovery to 274....they both dropped within 15 minutes of each other. That is after hours of farming. 😂😫

It’s way faster if you jump atk that scary thing immediately as you leave the elevator, and then go straight to the “second” serpentman, because if you are fast enough, it will be as close to the door as possible. Then go for the other one right to the elevator, and then fast travel back to the grace.

I'm using the silver scarab + mimic tear mask, after farming for 40 minutes I still can't get the weapon. The game is great but these farming times are stupid. Who wants to farm two enemies for an hour or more? This is lame FROMSOFTWARE.

It's not worth how much time it takes. Over 500 kills with no drop with 324 discovery. Don't waste your time

Got it after 8 tries. I’ve always wanted to play a game where I get these really lucky drops without even realising they are rare and it was definitely Elden ring I have quite a few low drop chance weapons in the game after only trying like 10-ish times I don’t know why but I’m really happy because it’s cool.

0 range and bosses attack right through it. I spent forever farming this useless weapon. 309 weapons and 280 are basically useless. Major balance is needed as giant weapons are way too powerful. My giant crusher kills bosses now in seconds
