Yeah, the beauty of being at max level is that you can theory craft with a bunch of combinations and come up with some insane builds for high lvl pvp. That's why aside from my main character, I have alts focused on soft caps in skills intended for certain builds. 😁

What would you recommend as the 150 version of this stat wise?

I think you have a lot of options to work with here when it comes down to gear selection. At level 150, (Using the chest pieces as examples) I was working with Veterans armor, which carries a 33-poise resistance for the chest piece, and later on, I acquired Lionels armor, which hosts a total of 43-poise resistance for the chest piece, bringing us close to the 47-point resistance that the Bull Goat chest piece offers. Many of those gear sets are great, but I was solely using bull goats like many other players because of the high poise resistance that it offers. And as you saw, I was rocking Varres Whitemask for the damage increase due to the blood loss occurring, but if you haven't completed Varres's questline, Silver Tear Mask is a pretty good alternative the description to that item being: "Greatly increases arcane to the detriment of physical attack power." I heard somewhere on Reddit that silver tear adds 8 points to arcane, so you'll have to decide if that's worth it over the downside of physical attack power. Ideally, I would look into getting the Imp Head or Omen Smirk Mask, which provides a +2 to strength. Anything that makes your attacks stronger or boosts poise. Leading into weapons, I found the sorcerer rogier rapier to be my go-to alternative weapon considering it falls into the thrusting sword category, and if you can manage to get your hands on the bloody helice, which is also another heavy thrusting sword, it's right up there with godskin stitcher except you can't modify the ash of war for that weapon. But the good thing is that it comes with a natural bloodloss buildup, making it a great choice for bleed builds. As for talismans, anything that raises your attack power while striking or anything that reduces stamina or improves it, such as the green turtle talisman and erd trees favor, is really good as tank options. I'm sorry, I know this is a lot, and I probably should be worded this all differently, but I can make a build video showcasing alternative setups if that's something that interests and you can also join my discord server and we can talk all things elden ring. Ohh I forgot to mention a few shield options. Golden greatshield, gilded shield and dragonclaw shield are great options too. They are all pretty close to the 77 guard boost that you get with the fingerprint shield (thats before any upgrades, I have mine maxed out at +25 giving it an 86 guard boost.) Cheers! :D
