Moose, if you press R2 and then press backstep while the R2 is still charging, your R2 will cancel into a cool attack-backstep. This only works with some of the smaller weapons. The beast claw R2 backstep is a cool semi backflip jump back move.

Dlc has some armor pieces that make the bull goat chest piece look good but 90% of bull goat users I found in arena either use the white mask or fire knight helm.

11:28 I think that is the backstep cancel or whatever it is called. There is a video called "Feints - Elden Ring's New Unknown Mechanic" which explains it better. I don't wanna advertise someone else's channel but in case anyone wanted to know more about it.

Man I was wondering where'd you go a while ago, KZbin wasn't recommending me your videos but this one made it to my home page at last! I hope you also give the Bear Claws and Dryleaf arts a go, those were some of the coolest new weapons to try for me, I used the beast claws for my beast-themed incantation build using Gurranq's spells and Roar of Rugalea and I saw a really cool Batman build in PvP using Night Cavalry armor with Dryleaf arts and Claws of Night, so maybe that can give you some cool ideas. Gotta say man you've been the Bob Ross of souls pvp for so long that you're a legend at this point, hope you keep it up!

8:11 there are way too many great katana users indeed (most people I have been fighting lately use great katanas, backhand blades or night claws), but the running thrust that the absolute majority usually spams is extremely easy to parry (I usually parry it with an offhand dagger, but golden parry does a better job).

Genuinely surprised you didn't go with Blood infusion. Still scales with STR, way more bleed, and not a particularly meaningful drop in damage (since the Beast Claw AP is already sub 550). By the way, I like that you show the losses. That's valuable info that a lot of creators edit out.
