Easy way: Talk to Varre in lakes area, invade 3 times then talk to him again, go to church on inhibition and soak the cloth with the maiden there, return to varre, exhaust his dialogue then use the item he gives you, run past everything and open the chest. Just did it in 5 minutes without killing anything.

Not the second Dragon Stone and frustrating that you didn't be line it there or at least edit the video to start from the last grace spot.
