This challenge run might need an extra rule like "For every defeated boss you gain +1 reroll permanatly." Lets say you kill 5 bosses then you could reroll your summon up to 5 times. You will have an easier time and we will see more spirit ashes in action.

Death bed fia's dress also passively heals summons if you are standing close enough and there is better miracles for healing, sleep pots can also help and dung eater is an absolute monster of a summon

Also, black knife assassin summon can 1v1 any boss in the game, even malenia, with the proper support spells, cleaneot knight also does really well thanks to having rot breath, but there are a couple rot immunes that she cant handle, although i dont think theres any mandatory boss immune to rot

Tiche can not solo Malenia or Malekith and other late game bosses. But she indeed is really powerful.

11:02 That's because you just have to stagger them, not kill them. Any stagger will do, just stun them out of their singing ritual animation and they can't resume it afterwards.

11:12 yeah you don’t need to kill the scholars with the golden aura you just have to hit them……… I found this out a year ago when doing a magic only run to which every thing in that boss fight has a magical resistance and when I noticed me smacking one and not killing it but the aura was gone I was like well… I’ll be damned… after that playthrough I just sprint, smack, and punish the boss 😂😂😂😂

Good use of the blood pots One thing your build could have used was the blessings boon spell, it really helps a low faith healer be effective It heals 720 flat HP over a 90s period and is the most FP efficient ally healing spell in the game

I wonder if using the stealth gear (black knife armour, Concealing Veil etc) would prevent enemy agro falling back onto the player? also Shabriri's Woe makes it so enemies will target the wearer once all other agro has dropped (so if your mimic had it, and then didnt land a hit for 10 seconds or so, the enemy would still target the mimic over you)

The problem with the Black Knife set is that it's in Consecrated Snowfields. So he'd need to go through Morgott first anyway.

I know I am super late, but I believe you can get into the capital through a portal in the litchdragon boss room if you do the majority of fias quest. Which would let you skip the tree sentinel if you want to continue the challenge run.

U can go underground into deep root depths, defeat the simp squad, and the portal will be available... To get here, defeat Radahn and defeat dual gargoyles to gain access to the coffin into deep root depths. That's 2 bosses to get around 1, so you'll need to be lucky twice

I'm on NG+6 and it's noticeably harder then 5. I'm not the best but I was like there should be an impossible mode where the difficulty is nearly impossible then I thought I would struggle, while a YTer post, I beat impossible mode only using kick AOW

I feel like if on that boss you got the black knife assassin you’d be ok as that spirit ash would have done the works… the AoW it self does 700 and it hits for an additional 800. Plus it drops health by 30%. It’s just bad luck of the draw you got weak spirit ashes
