Thanx for the video ! :) I m currently having a build using the Wing of Astel which has the Nebula charge spell. This weapon s spell is using gravity and doing insane amount of AOE damages . The only draw back is that you have to be in the range of the enemy .

Stars of Ruin is one of mine go to spells. Its one of thoose spells that doesnt seem impressive at the beggining, but it gets better when you level your intelligence. Its the best answer for mage when you are faceing agile enemies. I use it all the time in my playthrough.

Thanks! And it depends what specific builds. But for weapons shard of course is a must. If you’re using Darkmoon Godfrey icon too. Ritual sword works with INT builds well too.

Daggers: I’ve been meaning to try to build into Scorpion’s Stinger. Power stance 2? Just 1 & spam Repeating thrust? It takes a *lot* of Dex to start to shine and rot isn’t even close to an S-tier SE, but that’s what I like about leaning into a rot dagger build. “Challenge accepted.” Anyway, if you’re doing a full dagger-builds list Scorpion’s Stinger will naturally be a part of it. I look forward to it either way! Thanks for the easier to digest format.

Dagger vid would be great. There are a lot of good ones, Black Knife, Reduvia, Glinstone Kris… my favorite though is the Misericorde. I just like the versatility of it and how it can slot into any build to take advantage of critical attacks.

Have not watched yet but guaranteed night comet is number one! But for pve slow bosses astel meteorite and unendurable frenzy are 2 and 3

Yep night comet is 1, darkmoon is 2. 🤘meteorite of Astel is not chargeable. It just has a long animation like comet Azur.

As a rather frequent viewer, the slowing down on the way you talk is noticeable to the extent I was wondering if I had the vid on 0.75x speed! It's because I had gotten used to you talking super fast. That said, even though it's less familiar to me, I believe you took the right choice! It's gonna be easier for new viewers and players to take in the information. As always, really nice video. I enjoy watching your stuff because they help me brainstorm future builds I wanna run.

It really sucks that the Scorpion Charms cause you to take so much damage but the damage boost they provide is pretty damn nice. Throw on the Dragon Crest Greatshield talisman if you are going to use them, it almost negates the increased damage taken but you lose a talisman slot for offense

Yeah it’s helpful. As a caster you shouldn’t be hit as much in PvE though.

@@TheKingofRedLightning true, which is why I switched back to using the Magic Scorpion Charm instead of the Graven talismans and the Godfrey Icon lol. The damage output with the Charm is too good to pass up especially in the Consecrated Snowfields where I am now smh

It makes sense for balancing basically turning yourself into a glass cannon. If it didn't have the negative it would be boring because there would be no ramification for not blocking or dodging. Just like relying on great runes it actually does you a disservice because you need the benefit in order to progress. It doesn't give you skill it basically hinders you from getting better. I speak from experience.

idk. Maybe im the only one but I thought the fast talking was fine very easy to keep up with all that was being said was the equipment being used. I liked the very quick 12-15minute video with the fast talking. If you wanted to find a specific part of the video just use the video points. Bring back the fast talk!!

It’s been patched out, via patch notes from 1.07 or 1.08. I tested it again recently, little to no change with it. It is not working to the full effect with the Godfrey icon since the patch that took it out (it has a lot of RNG though).

@@evrri3291 I’m not sure. On series X with only the talisman (taken on/off) it doesn’t increase my damage if at all. It’s also in one of the patch notes that it’s been removed.

@@evrri3291 my understanding is that some of the additional lightning can be impacted but not the strongest/first strike. So it may be working to an extent, but not the full 15%. So I couldn’t include it on this list. More testing is needed for sure, the RNG part makes it hard lol

Its the same for me but I think its stronger mostly than the 4% buff of the faithful canvas talisman because the weaker lightnings (every lightning except the first main one) gets about 10% buff and with my testing, its actually stronger usually

I have appreciated the slower pace of talking and longer build screens. There is less pressure while taking mental notes. Also you recently asked viewers about making a video showcasing daggers. My 2 thumbs way up. 👍👍

You have to hold it down to charge the Darkmoon Greatsword (same with all chargeable spells & skills).
