I think they tried the entire game and 80% of the dlc to make her look pure evil. All it took was a small hidden village to reverse all that. Queen Marika was a complex and misunderstood character.

Funny thing is Marika returning is entirely a possibility in the Age of Order ending. Basically Gold Mask creates the best outcome that Marika wanted: a new less broken order, the inability for the Outer Gods to interfere, and her meddlesome Other Half has been turned into a sword. With the new Elden Ring placed into her body there is no reason she could not revive herself to rule alongside her new lord, in a better Golden Age. She's still the god governing the age, just needs to pull her body back together, which is certainly something a Shaman like her can do. By the way, I have run a Marika build since before the DLC, and I used to use the Sanguine Noble Robes, Circlet, and Gold Mask Armlets (no top). I needa take her through the DLC to get all the new clothing. I will say that I don't know if I'm gonna switch to the new hair; bit partial to the old braided ponytail.

Actually, it's Marika who wants to break the Order, not Radagon. And the ‘Perfect Law’ you got from the Golden Mask would basically resurrect her as an emotionless machine.

@sdu5715 I didn't say it was Radagon that wanted the Order broken, he's a loyal dog of the Two Fingers, so he certainly would not want that. I said he got turned into a sword by the Elden Beast. 😆 We don't actually know if it would affect her emotionally, just that Gold Mask corrected flaws in the order of the world. Basically it's just a new Golden Age without the flaws produced by the Greater Will and abandoned Fingers. This is the only ending besides Ranni that creates a seal to keep Outer Gods away from the world anyway, so Marika would probably want this. The other endings basically allow more meddling, including further possibility of the Frenzied Flame turning the world into a Tang soup.

@@Procopius464 yes all in dlc Circlet of light- final boss dlc Dancer dress (altered)- part of dancer set you find her on the island on the bottom of the dlc map theres a dead tree on the land directly before the island with a secret tunnel under it Ascetic’s ankle guards- farm the Ascetics guy with the mask and circular blades there one to the right of the very first dlc grace Gold bracers- end of gold mask questline
