You know, in my street, right here in Atlanta Georgia, we have a little STOP ALWAYS sign. There's no traffic light or police, just a small sign, everybody stops when we get there. I think is a cultural thing. My street speed limit is 35, sometimes, I might go above a little, but I don't go above 40. Our problem is orientation and poor documentation. We don't have records of people living in a particular street. , town or state. I even doubt the census of the country.
