I remember when this film had shown in Edmonton and I had asked Cowboy “how are you” he said good I then asked him “what’s the blackfoot doing in Edmonton” jokingly of course. As my friends from the south and I joke a lot about the old times. Here cowboy had a hard heart and didn’t laugh only ignore me for the rest of the meeting hahah. Surprisingly that’s the last I heard of cowboy.

I wish you would start calling them INDIGENOUS or FIRST NATIONS and not INDIANS. That term came from the white man...the INDIANS came from INDIA.

Strangely though most have no problem with that label. I have asked many and they just shrug and say who cares. I've heard many use the term Indian. I am pretty sure everyone knows they are not from India.

It’s the REAL INDIAN people who take offence to the indigenous people being called Indian. I know its from a white explorer who thought he had returned back to India when in fact he had landed in North America. 🙄
