This was held @ The Cathedral Conference Center. Headquarters building for The Historic Northeast Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction of Michigan. Bishop P.A. Brooks is the Jurisdictional Prelate. This isn't the local assembly where Bishop Brooks pastors, but it was the Pre-Centennial Celeration in Detroit.
