Dude, not cewl at all. You guys have an awesome transformational sound through your career. I usually don't like vocals like what's used in say White Walls, but you guys not only make it work so dang good, you nail it. With that said I also love the vocals metamorphosis. The creative mix of heavy melody and tasty crush is almost too much bliss.

I kiiiinda liked the two previous albums, but this teaser sounds promising, like they found a middle ground between grooves and progression (I have barely any idea what I'm talking about here, not a musician). Which is good, I wouldn't like them to go into the soulless "progressive" craze which I was afraid of when they posted the usual generic fb status about the next album 'being the most advanced and ambitious thus far" which usually doesn't end well.

Yawn. This flashback to 70s prog rock is an unfortunate reoccurrence indeed. That was some of the worst excuse for rock n roll ever made. Like Elder, 100% self conscious, overly elaborated, attention to insignificant details, redundent, middle of the road pablum crap. A song isn't made better or more original by making it longer. Concept rock for its own sake hasAllah's been at the core of what makes progrock as lame as it is. And btw, don't goo by that idiot pitchfork guy Matthew. He has some of the most consistently worst taste in music I've ever seen in a reviewer. Him being excited about *anything* is usually a guarantee it SUCKS!
