Elderberry Tree: Food, Medicine, Wood, adn more

Christopher describes some of the common uses of the elderberry tree: The ripe fruits are edible, the flower clusters make good medicine or they can be dipped in batter and eaten, the straight stalks can be reamed out and used for straws, pipe stems, blow guns, etc., and the bark makes a great tinder.
