Hearing all of my Irish brothers and sisters talking about why they love doing what they do.....made me insanely proud (and admittedly emotional). Keep up the amazing work!!!!!!

Literally brought tears to my eyes 😢 God bless all of these people who sacerfice like this, we are truly blessed. I live in the USA and feel blessed being able to see this type of content and see comments that share the mutual feelings as I do. It doesn't feel so lonely anymore. May Christ be with you and may God have mercy and favor onto you stranger. Amen.

The people taking the calls and the paramedics are so lovely
@TeachMeLordGod4 ай бұрын
Makes me want to sob for real, I needed this kindness in my younger years... would've saved me from a lot of heart ache. ❤️ It is good to see good humans being real with us and seeing their passion as they do what they do. I can't get enough but at the same time don't know how much more my heart can take lol its insane but this hits me very deeply for some reason. I feel like this truly, within, matters to me just like how I feel about God and His son Jesus. Love really is the only right answer, I seen what the lack of it does and I never want to see it or anyone have to see it ever again but we won't be who we are without our experiences at the same time. God is truly mysterious but so good, wholesome and refreshing. Just when I think I cannot do this life anymore, something inside tells me no, not today, not ever, not on God's watch!

Interesting to see the defib in action
@TeachMeLordGod4 ай бұрын
Twice at that too! I seen a video of a call that someone's defib was malfunctioning and was shocking at inappropriate times or too much. They ended up ok and fine and got a new one I think or got it fixed or adjusted so no worries thank God! It's great to see one in action doing its proper work, such a great opportunity to get to see it for the first time in this video. May God bless you friend, amen.

Major respect for these first responders. This series in incredibly informing and heartwrenching. Not always easy to watch. I wasn't able to save a man from a heart attack, it used to weigh on me.

You and me both, it hurts to see but makes me feel empowered and greatful at the same time. It makes me want to be better and not lose hope. Sometimes it's God's timing, not our own fault, I know you know this but it still helps to see someone else say it too right? Take care, may God bless you, amen.

So many years in emergency care service myself, it always amazed me how I would deal with certain tragic calls. During an emergency call I’m handling it with perfect perfection, and think I’m handling it just fine. But afterwards pulling into my driveway I would bust out into tears even though I thought I was fine. Your brain protects u during incidents but it catches up with u. Even going to the store after a severe run on the life squad, I would try to carry on as usual, but would feel like.... if only everyone would know what I just saw.... what I just dealt with. I imagine that soldiers go thru this too. It’s really amazing how our brains handle situations.
@lexistapleton6874 жыл бұрын
Oh I’m sorry to imply that what I went thru was comparable to a soldier, their lives are endangered which would make it 100x worse.
@bt-jz7ki4 жыл бұрын
@@lexistapleton687 don't apologize at all. what you go through is very comparable to soldiers in the way that it effects your brain. trauma is trauma, at the end of the day.

Punishment for prank calls should include four hours listening to the hardest calls they get with the important information censored out.

And some hospital visits to the people who really did have their lives saved because of calling 999 explaining that they could have had to wait while you had to check the hoex call out.

And force these people to watch intensive care doctors call people's deaths due to the ambulances being held up, and then writing nice apology letters to their victims' families, as well as paying a massive fine and then seeing what it's like to not receive help when they finally, actually need help.

IDK what the rules are like in Ireland, however, here in the USA, you can and should be charged/arrested for making phoney calls to emergency services! Child or adult, it should not matter!

Aspirin has an anti-clotting affect on blood in veins going to and from the heart into the body. It can start the process of breaking up a clot during a heart attack and helping the blood flow more easily until help gets to the person. Many people take a dose of baby aspirin daily to aid with circulation.
