@@Macoi24 Sorry, District 3. 🤦🏻‍♂️ Nguyễn Hiền, Đường Số 4. She sits right past the corner on Đường Số 4, but mostly in the evening. Nguyễn Hiền is easy to recognize from Điện Biên Phủ because of the fancy gate over the street entrance. You can also go in off Cao Thắng through the walkway by Aeon Citimart. She has a small cart with so many choices. I didn't know any so she was adding a few at a time, then telling me "hút!" to see if I still liked what she was putting together. :-)

If you were to open up a website for donations I would love to contribute whenever I can. I'm sure many others will contribute as well. I live in the U.S. and was trying to find different organizations that collected donations for Vietnam but they don't give you much information on what and where our money is being spent on.
