Cultist Kill gives up to 6 blood for unique dark offerings in border. Sacrificial alter turns 10% of your most valuable food producing dark offerings in the borders to blood. You got boosted to 13 blood when you built the oryx in the savannah. So you really needed a different dark offering food producer to complete the quest, or use micros to boost the oryx.

he just had to swap the oryx and the elephant. I don't think the elephant was actually on the dark offering biome since the sun wasn't red behind it

I think that was my biggest confusion there - where does the dark biome end vs my town borders... I think I can do better on the next one!

mountain is such a cracked terraforming item, i love it, the 3 new slots give such wild new options, im also at the point in the game where a 2 star victory is fine, cuz i just need the bonus loot for the third age

3:27:10 I've 3 starred Space Race 1 day before they patched it so that it doesn't require 4 cities. It was hell, but i'm proud of it. Didn't know it was 4 cities, so i had to start a new city from scratch in the 3rd age. Luckily i had enough space to start it, and food for planet extenders.

This is a neat game. Just a heads up that the rougue-like DLC Omenroad for Wildermyth released a couple of weeks ago and is pretty fun. Might make for a fun video or two on your channel since the runs are a bit shorter than the original campaigns.
