He has been practicing successfully as a Consultant Dermatologist and Laser specialist for 13 years. Has been delivering various lectures in Dermatologist’s state and national conferences. Learning new things and updating himself with newer technology constantly. Doing investment in the market since 2012. Started trading in the market in 2017 and now doing it successfully and in a profitable way. Also passed NISM financial advisor exam in 2018.
In this video, our guest speaker will talk about part-time options selling because he has been doing it using his strategy. He is a doctor, so he also needs to prioritize his occupation, due to which he only spends 10-15 minutes on his trading.
If you watch the video, you will know that he has been using bank nifty options writing as a strategy and iron condor. His presentation shows that he is a firm believer in trading psychology, which frames your mind and affects the end results. The loss and profit in trading depend on your mental wellbeing that is covered by him in this video.

Doctar Gaurav - One more suggestion from my side. Let's say on Friday you initiate positions by doing doing all 4 trades (buying / Selling 2 positions each) at Friday EOD suggestion would be to square off only Short Positions and continue with Long (bought) options. That may give an Edge in case of any Gap Up or Gap down which may happen on next trading day. Also that would help in doing away with additional two trades on next day, since you will already have Buy trades, so you can staright away start with just two Selling Trades. That will also reduce your screen time plus will reduce your unnecessary transactions / brokerage cost. Only you will have to Sell those bought Options on Thursday

I think there is a risk in carrying it to the next day. As it is those hedges were deep OTM and prices would have decayed(may be close to zero) a lot by next day. When you take the short positions next day, your existing hedges would not be appropriate and may not get the margin benefit. If hedge premium is too low, then you have less margin benefit. In case the hedge premium increased due to gap up/down, then you are risking that as hedge against the 20rs premium short strike. Just a thought. I may be wrong too.

Zerodha doesn’t allow far overnight-OTM Buys and intraday they are allowed but can’t be converted to overnight. So in Zerodha, no scope of carrying Buy trades to next trading day.

This is not advisable. Gapup up and down s only in a while will give profit but maximum times bought premiums will be decayed. Maybe you may try to keep the strategy innwhole for the entire week and backtest

Dear Vivekji, Thanks to you, your team, Dr. Patel and earlier Audio interview guest, Mr. Options Seller. These guys have found out gem of strategy. I clubbed both of them on Nifty options and it really works very well for consistent income on Nifty. I slightly modified it. At 09:20, look at 200 points away strikes. With daily only 10 points loss, it is wonderful strategy, reduced the screen time to almost nill. For one lot I didn't use hedges. Only SL. Once again heartfelt thanks 🙏🙏
