The Mark 2 series isn't meant to be the strongest robot. please try to understand. only write major updates 8) 1. Disabled Knock back. 2. Adjusted various Frames. 3. Activates jump and counter attack simultaneously when receiving target robot's attack notice. (In order to give priority to the move action, it is limited to the activation only once before reaching the next destination) 4. Disabled 1-dot adjustment when walking. (therefore, canceling the Moon-walk on Metal man Stage) It's getting a little confusing, so from the next video on, I'm going to put "(AI Buff/Nerf Ver.)" after the name of another version of robot.

Personally I would have also given him Mega Man's version of the Thunder Beam (for extra vertical attacking capabilities) but this is a unique and interesting take

Yknow even if he's probably A or B tier at best, this is probably the coolest character added so far. The fact that he's able to react and jump over projectiles and "counterattack" so frequently almost makes him look player controlled at times, it is so sick to watch

I feel like this made elecman much more competitive. His delay between shots was what really made him so lower tier. He needed to shoot faster or do more damage. You went with upping the shot speed which still makes him viable enough.

Wild that the improvements were able to let Elec beat Crash, who tends to be super strong, but losing to Metal who tends to be inconsistent. And his stage ended up hurting him almost as equally as it helped him, depending on who he was facing. Legitimately 2 or 3 matchups that he might have won if not for the elevated part of his stage, but the same amount where it saved him from a lot of attacks and let him eke out wins. I'm certainly going to look forward to more involved changes like this to see where some of the usual suspects land.

Thought our top tiers (Crash, Fire, Heat) had met their matches until I saw those results. Still did pretty damn good all things considered.

Wow, this is awesome! This might be a lot of questions but im very curious after going through and watching your stuff. It is really fun! :D How long have you been working on this? What was the hardest and easiest robot master or enemy to create? How does this thing even work, is it like a level editor similar to Mega Man Maker? I know you have stated many times you dont plan on releasing the game, so sorry if this is an annoying question, but are you for sure about that or do you think maybe you'll release it sometime in the future? Finally though, who's your favorite robot master? Mine personally is Cold Man from Mega Man and Bass. :) Thank you and keep up the good work dude, this is some seriously impressive stuff! +1 subscriber :p

Elec man finally became "Dr. Light's greatest creation." Anyway, so I think the extra names are like this: Fake - Nerfed abilities Super - Buffed abilities Mark 2 - Buffed AI So maybe there could be an Inhibited title for Nerfed AI RMs?

Much better results with this Elec Man than the OG most of the time! I'd love to see a Fire Man MKII just absolutely OBLITERATE everyone he comes up against LOL 🔥 or perhaps even a Metal Man MKII that counters much better and has better jump patterns. Except maybe against Heat or Crash, the three of them would be unstoppable!!!

YOOOOO that's my boyyyyy!!! 5W/7L/2D is nothing to sneeze at, especially when you consider that Metal, Quick, and Wood were _close!_ Also the design for ElecMan Mk 2 is super rad, he looked so cool, especially for his one win against Heat Man lol

Shouldn't that be Elec Man Mark II? Anyway, this is exactly the buffing we needed, more consistent attack output, and more frequent jumps. Still a toss-up, but much more respectable -- even when he lost, I don't think he was ever shut out. Good stuff!

Crash man was a bit of an upset. Did you do a lot of tuning vs him?

actually crash man cannot keep more of one bomb exploding on screen. if his opponent attacks fastly enough, crash man will jump a lot, alternating between throwing a bomb and not. Elecmanmark2 simply exploits the crash AI as good as possible and in a simple way, in such a similar way that any mega man player would do with the buster

I don't know if you've answered this elsewhere, but do you plan on adding non-NES Robot Masters to the program? Like Time Man and Oil Man, or the ones from Mega Man 7 onwards?

He's probably gonna do it. Also, he added Non-Megaman characters to his personal fangame project (Bowser, a.k.a Koopa Man), so the chances of adding Time Man and Oil Man are big (including other characters, such as Dr.Robotnik from Sonic for example).

@@porkp8977 Nah, "Koopa Man" is better. (I mean, we're talking about a Megaman fan project, right? And Megaman Victory's community already decided that Bowser's Megaverse Name is "Koopa Man")
