Elecraft KX3 Heasdset

Thank you. I've had my KX3 for several years now and the Heil mic headset just like yours but never took the time to set it up. Trying to use it in VOX mode is frustrating ... as soon as I plugged the mic in the radio would go into transmit mode no matter the gain setting. I'll give it a go tomorrow and try just using the XMIT button on the radio. Nice video, thank you again sir. Mike AD7VV 73

Thats why I don't use the xmit button.
