جو ترامیم اب کی گئیں ہیں ۔ انکا اطلاق تو نئے الیکشن پہ نافذ العمل ہونا چاہیے کیونکہ چھ مہینے پہلے کسی کو کیا پتا تھا کہ یہ قانون آئے گا۔ ایسا کیسے ہوسکتا ہے کہ فرض کریں اگر دس سال پہلے کے قانون کے مطابق چوری کرنے والے کی سزا دس سال ہو اور ملزم اپنی سزا پوری کر چکا ہو ،پھر دوسرا قانونِ آ جائے کہ اب سزا بیس سال ہے تو کیا سارے چوری کرنے والے ملزمان کو دوبارہ گرفتار کیا جائے گا کہ اب اس قانون کے مطابق اپنی سزا پوری کرو۔ یہ تو حکومت نے اپنے آپ کو فائدہ پہچانے کیلئے قانون بنایا ہے۔
