The federal government announced people will be able to buy certain items without paying the GST and HST from Dec. 14 until Feb. 15. Newfoundland and Labrador Deputy Premier Siobhan Coady announced the province will eliminate its HST portion, too. Here’s what the three provincial party leaders have to say about the move.
