The right-wing of the Labour party would never support PR because they would rather be in opposition than see even a mild, centre-left PM.

In a hung parliament where they need support of other parties perhaps it could maybe pass with cross party support. That would require a high number of Lib Dems, SNP and the other small parties plus the odd Tory to overcome the Labour MPs that don't support it.
