Presenting the eighth video in the ‘Nexzu Educational Series on Electric Bicycles’.
Here's a quick DIY video to explain how to check the pedal assist voltage wiring.
When the pedal assist feature does not work in any of the pedal assist modes, in this case you will require to check the pedal assist sensor wiring.
Tip: Pedal Assist may malfunction in case of short circuit.
NOTE: This video is meant for guidance to technicians!!!*

I have 3 wires from my controller for the pedal assist, blue, black and red. I get 5.1 volts with the blue and black wire connected to my multimeter. Is the wiring of my controller incorrect?

Mine when i plug the sensor, it only 2 volts, but when I unplug the sensor, the voltage from controller around 4 volts

Please I have a question sir, my measuring voltage when I spin the crank is around 2Volt like shown on your video 2:12 , but my BLDC motor is still not working. What is wrong in my case? (If I use throttle gas my BLDC motor working fine)
