In my point of view, setting a limit of first 1 or 2 or 3 Lakh consumers subsidy is a better option where people will purchase soon thinking subsidy lene mein late to nahi hui but in Delhi people will think kabhi bhi le lete hain kabhi bhi subsidy to milni hi hai.
