ELECTRIC CHAKRA (Top-Down ALL Chakra - Crown to Root Healing Activation Restoration)

This was incredible. As I laid down and the crown chakra music started playing I thought that nothing would happen during this meditation, and that surely just like every other time I would not be able to commit to the full hour. But I started thinking through my favorite mantra "om gan garnapateye namah" and I got into the meditation. Then when the music switched to third eye the meditation became so intense that it was nearly terrifying. I could barely feel my body and I started to realize that my body was barely my own anyway. And this I that was in my mind seemed to start to slip away. The true intensity of the meditation didn't come for me until the solar plexus music. Every chakra switch I felt tingles throughout my body but on this chakra the tingles stayed for the entirety of the 7 minutes. Becoming so intense that although I was laying down I felt as if my body had come to a standing mountain pose and had been lit on fire. Then as the music came to sacral chakra I realized that the true crazy experience that I was trying to shy away from was not the meditation I was undergoing but instead the life I am living. And as the music came to root chakra I found it impossible to resist my body's urge to come to a sitting pose and thus I came to a sitting pose to finish the meditation and I had visions of red energy filling my body and mind and spilling over into my life. And now as I'm writing this comment I have immense energy and prana whereas before the meditation i was incredibly depressed and planning to go to bed at 5pm because of lack of energy and likely to sleep for roughly 14 hours as has been my habit recently. Thank you much for this meditation. This has been a very powerful experience in my life. I hope that I can continue with meditations like this in the future, and I hope that ajna chakra doesn't feel so scary to me in the future as well. Thank you so much.

I rejoice with you, dear friend. Not many people have this experience while listening to music for chakra balancing. The chakra point closest to where your spirit dwells is the solar plexus. The increased time experience, increased power & strength you obtained was exactly what your spirit needed to refresh itself. The sacral chakra has a lot to do with grounding your self on earth & your physical safety. When you let your spirit unfurl & soar, it was able to give your body increased strength & power through the sacral chakra. This happened to motivate you to get up & live.
