Brad Kudos to you- Would love to see some more and to try one myself before buying and electric Bike. Your pricing is on point and as an early model to market you have a lot to show and unfortunatly lead the way and cop some serious scrutiny , but if the bike is as good as it looks - you are on a winner. The 3 sizes and specs also unheard of in current offerings for the Big boys. Energica at AUD$50K Zero at AUD$25- AUD$29K and Stark Varg MX bike at AUD$18K the Surron Storm Be at AUD$15K Appollo RFN at about AUD8 K your Moto E is in the right ball park. Leading the market and leading the way will be very interesting to follow your success.

The only problem with the bike is the speed , range isn't the problem necessarily. But not being able to safely jump on the highway is a problem for most people considering it.

This looks amazing How do you charge the bike? Can you get it serviced at a regular bike mechanic or will we need to go somewhere specific? I live in Sydney and am yet to get my learners so scouting my options

@@braaaponline Yeah I've asked the great guys at Moto4 to look over it and they've found a another issue. A leaking rear shock absorber, they're going over the v10 with fine tooth comb now to see what other issues there are. Stay tuned..

My only worry is with electric bikes nobody can hear you coming. We are already seeing theses issues with pedestrians and electric scooters etc. Bikes already come with risk. I think induced engine noise should be added as a safety feature.

There is a speaker on the bike and blue tooth so you can play music if you like but I’d debate the noise is a saftey item point as it is the responsibility of the rider to always be aware, drivers and pedestrians are asleep at the wheel and it’s our job to see them even if they are in the wrong.

I think the noise factor is a fallacy. The only time they will hear your loud ICE is if your riding slowly in a carpark or side street. Modern cars with the windows up and air con running, won't hear you anyway if your riding down the road and they decide to pull out right in front of you.

Unfortunately, it is not the future. In early 2010, it’s already widely used in China, which is 12 years ago, and it is now out of date.

This is the first time I've seen this bike and I must say i love the look. I was contemplating converting my own bike to electric as most electric bikes are so expensive, but the price of your's is so attractive. I don't like the look of the to futuristic ones at all. Is there any road testing available in Adelaide? How much is registration and insurance. I can't find anything on the government website. Great stuff.

Not keen on the sportsbike style, if you did this as a cafe racer I would buy one tomorrow. Maybe have a generic frame and powerplant and offer interchangeable body parts for people to kit out their own design?

looks like its starting to get interesting for the motoe.. The dash is a little bland though for an electric, but I was wondering, how low can the seat height get? Going by the specs on the support portal it looks to be around the 800ish mark?

It’s pretty tall for someone who is less than 175cm height, apparently there’s lower kit from braaap , I think you get used to it after a while

@@Twan.neuwin It would probably be ok for me, im on 'blade, which is 825mm (around the same as the R1), I was thinking of something myself and my partner can both ride (she's quite petite). She's on an MC22 and at 725mm is probably the lowest ride height of any sports bike ever (even the grom is higher)... I did ask about the whether they have anything for ride height adjustment but cant say I got any great answers about that.. I doubt it can get down to 725 though, thats surprisingly low.

What’s in the tank? I imagine the batteries and computers are where the engine would be? If it’s just there for aesthetics and empty, it could be a good storage place. Might have to pull out the angle grinder!

Hey Tim, Not at the moment but we will run a demo day over summer probably. Just driving the direct to rider online model and it means we can pass on all the savings to you guys but the down side is test rides pretty much never happen these days :) Happy to chat on 0499 27 22 27 if better :)

Everything has a wear and tear estimate “reasonable and normal wear and tear” is not included . Life expectant of the battery is 1,000 - 2,000 full charges depending on what model

So as another person said, 3 years of charging every day and you won’t warranty the battery? And what about battery degradation? In 3 years of moderate use it could still have lost 20-25% of its range. Just go suck lemon 🍋? That is an electric bike bro 🤷‍♂️

That’s the big question. 1.000 charges is what our warranty doc says but the battery manufacturer is trying to push us to increase it to 2,000 or more…

Haaaahaaaa. Closer to a Honda CT110. I think it should be made a little clearer what your getting. It is cheap, and there is a market for it but 5kw is 5kw.
