Do you know why my pizza on 75% hidration, 00 flour, burn on bottom on 430°. Im trying to get closest to napoli style pizzas, it looks grate on 410° but i want bake on more celsius

Respected Can you tell me if you are satisfied with the tiziano oven. How it behaves at 400 °c working temperature. I watched your video with the high hydrant pizza dough looks perfect, I just didn't see the bottom of the pizza as it was baked. and finally do you recommend this oven as someone who has worked on it? Thank in advance.

Hello Julio, I have a similar pizza oven Cuponne tiepolo. Does it make sense for me to put a Saputto stone in it? I will certainly improve the characteristics of the stove, I'm just afraid that the temperature might be too low for that stone? Thank you 😊
