Great initiative, I thought about the same back in 2012 but couldn’t start, very thoughtful. Furthermore, you can setup charging points based on Solar Energy in remote locations also, and add GPS trackers for your fleet, and suggest them to move to which charging station near by using an app, showing number of charged batteries available for use at a certain point. Incase some guidance is needed you can drop me a message
