Definitely we can recondition completely dead batteries to get some life out of it. The damaged cells can be replaced with new onces and used.

We can get it in regular bearing shops kumar. Should not be a problem. Go for original SKF bearings while replacing.

Viki, there are 2 oil seals on the rear wheel and also we use silicone sealants while assembling the cover on the motor. Its perfectly sealed from water.

It seems you're not professional technician. You are not using proper tools in dismantling and assembling hub motor. Very risky way, you can damage or break hub motor housing and you are not using sealant when re assembling the unit.

Very good observation and valid point. We have installed hydraulic press to push out the stator shafts now. Thank you for the feedback Rosero. We will definitely look into other options to improve the process. The sealant application was not shown in the video, selant is applied on all the covers once we open for service.
