hey brother hope you are doing fine. I have a question about my e scooter which is a 52v with 18.2ah battery, the cutoff volt is already sett to 43v by default but when it reaches around 50v the scooter shutdowns with 2 bars of battery showing on the display I don't know if something is wrong with the battery or the controller. do you know what it is? the controller is J AND P 52v cutoff 40v!? i just got the scooter 2 weeks ago🥲

your battery is weak or the BMS of the battery have problem, although it is 50V in your naked eye, but when you throttle it will just shut off you can try this experiment, when 50V, try to turn ON the unit and run again slowly, and monitor the cutoff again

@@mskgenmereah it does that, when it reaches around 50v the whole volt goes down gradually from 50 to 25,20,17v and then shuts off. So should i get a new battery with same ah or with higher ah like 23ah or 28ah?? I don’t if the battery is going to support the 52v J and P controller!

, Yet another problem another question... got new throttle new controller. Battery fully charged and throttle with lcd volt gauge turns on and shows 54v motor did spin backward and I disconnrcted self learning wires and reconnected again... I had to do it about 4 times before the rotation changes and when was workingall right I disconnected everything for wire managment and then motor not spinning, I cheched throttle is working and sending signal but the motor seems to not receiving electricity at least not from 3 phases wires, if anyone have a suggestion I'll be happy to hear it . this is puzzling me ...HELP

Hope you had solved your problem. Anyway, if haven't, check your wiring carefully. Make sure all contacts are intacts. Connections not wrong.

@@mskgenmer thank you, yes I have ordered a new controller and this solved the problem. I think the previous one (also brand new) got a component damaged in the process somehow Thanks to your channel I was able to rule out everything else 👍❤️

Sir Good Day po. Pano po e wire yung Tf 100 sa connection nang controller at control? 3 phase lang po sya at walang hall sensor. Salamat po.

Yung sa throttle po kasi 6pin wire tapos yung sa controller e 5pin lang. Hindi ko po alam pano e connect. Baka po Sana matulungan nyo ako. Salamat po

may TF-100 throttle po na 5-pin din, dapat po ayun ang bilhin ninyo

Pwede ba e-skip o hindi e-connect yung white wire (Learning wire) ng HUB? yung controller kasi walang white wire.

Yes it is okay. White is for temp sensor only.
