FYI, my YZ285 has a Panthera electic starter. I had been running an 11 oz Stealhy fywheel weight on the stock ignition and had to give it up when I installed the Panthera starter. After riding the bike for a while, I find I preferred the added flywheel weight. Fortunately, Panthera offers an optional heavy flywheel weight. I recently installed the heavier weight and I really like the change. It feels like it did before, with the Stealhy weight. The only problem I've had with my Panthera was it quit working one day and I found a brush lead in the motor burned. It looked like it was a poor connection to start with. I was able to resolder it and it has worked fine ever since. Nothing to do with Panthera. I also have a Rekluse auto clutch and an Elevated Technologies SC2 Smart Carb, that make my bike a dream to ride. Toys for my toy.

Even though i said i may necer get one of those electric starts because my bike usually starts first kick...Dude I take it back that sounds so crisp when you fire it up with the panthera I might get one of those! Sooo sick 😫 good job dude!
