there must be some issue with the neutral if u have check it with the meters and neutral is ok ..then first check ur board from u r operating the LED bulbs..check it with the multi meter...put one side on the ground (Earth) other on the neutral ..if its showing the voltage..it means u have leakage problem there .if its ok then check ur led lights

Phase ki jagah neutral aur neutral ki jagah phase isliye hota hai kyunki house wiring complete ho jane ke baad use check karne ke liye ki sab kuchh sahi to hai temporary mein connection kiya jata hai vo bhi ek hi colour ke wire se jiske karan ye problem hoti hain , agar colour coding ke hisab se connection kiya jaye ya ek hi colour ke wire mein phase, neutral ko check karke conection kiya jaye to ye problem nahin hongi.

ऐसी समस्या हमारे बिल्डिंग में भी हे जो जो इसके विपरीत है हमारा बिल्डिंग में एक स्विच बोर्ड है जिसमें चार स्विच है 1234(1बल्ब का जो स्विच है उस लाइट बंद चालू होती लेकिन स्विच 1 बंद कर दिया हेऔर बोर्ड के अन्य स्विच 3चालू किया तो बल्ब 1 हल्का सा ग्लो कर रहा है (मतलब ये h की अन्य स्विच चालू करने पर बल्ब 1 ग्लू kr rha हे) हमने मीटर से फेस वह न्यूट्रल भी चेंज कर लिया है सॉल्यूशन nhi हुआ

Led blub does not require Earthing Cleare your decision This is called reverse current , coming in switch wire because neutral is directly connected to the bulb , in this case blub needs phase supply for glowing , but the switch is off, in this position any phase wire is leaking current , that goes to catch switch wire and your blub dim glowing and also may be wrongly inter connected main supply or wiring
