सरजी आमच्याकडे 3 phase line 8 च घंटे असते आणि त्यात लोड खूप असल्यामुळे वारंवार फीडर ट्रिप होतो त्यामुळे आम्हला शेतीला पाणी सोडण्यात खूपच त्रास होतो. यावर एक देशी जुगाड आम्ही शोधला तो म्हणजे 3 phase चा time झाल्यानंतर मोटर 2 phase वर चालवायची ते म्हणजे सप्लाय कंपनीचे दोन phase स्टार्टर ला कंट्रोलिंग साठी वापरायचे आणि तिसरा phase आर्टिफिशिअली capacitor ला एका phase च्या series मध्ये लावून . असें केल्याने काही कालावधीत मोटर winding fail होते असे का बरं होत असेल. कृपया यावर उपाय सांगा आणि मोटर ला HP नुसार CORRECT कपॅसिटर ची VALUE सांगा PLEASE

sir hum logo ke yaha vaccume pump ki motor bahut burn ho rhi hai. motor ko start jese kar rahe hai scada pe on fedback aarha hai aur filed pe motor chlu na ho kar burn ho ja rhi hai . supply panle mai contactor chipak ja rhe hai kabhi, toh kabhi contactor mai flash out ho rha hai. iska reason kya hai aur isko kese roke

Sir...when motor is running on 2phases, can overload relay will operate?....I mean, when High amount of current will passes through the 2phases instead of 3.

Rahul it may be or may not be. That's why it is necessary to have 1ph protection or if you don't have 1ph protection then it is necessary to check the current and supply in all the 3 phases to detect single phasing condition.

Winding is basically the resistance in the motor…hence it degrades so basically resistance degrades
