At 17:53 you didn't have your gloves back on when using the tester? Is that allowed

Art 17:00, he proved all conductors were not live then he tested the tester. It was safe to work with gloves off

Also at 9:39 you tested between known earth to only the active not all conductors? And you didn't retest the metre on the known live source.....

Hi When you are looking for the circuit protective device, you dont need to check each conductor for live. If you test live, the meter is working so you dont have to retest the meter. Once you locate and lock out the protective device for the circuit you are working on, then then must test every conductor to make all conductors are dead, then retest the tester. Only then can you declair the circuit has been safely isolated.

Now I am a little confused you did the IR test between earth and 3points on frame, shouldn't it be between earth&Live,Earth&Neutral at appliance terminal...

Hi. The test between earth and frame is the earth continunity test, The result you are looking for is less than 0.5 ohms. When using a IRC tester or multimeter, select an ohm scale around 2 or 3 ohms.
