By mistake I tried to use a jumper cable on a 2013 sonata hybrid, saw a big spark, and the entire power system shut down. I checked most of the fuses, may have missed one. Please let me know the remedy for it. I didn't connect the other vehicle to the cable, but as I touched the positive of the hybrid battery it sarked and shut the entire system down. Battery in the trunk has 14.3v now, but no lights are turning off.
