thank you! anyway you could show us how ballast work? different types of transformers (12v,24v)? or different bulb types (compound florescent, LED, High pressure sodium)?

This is a good short tutorial but I wouldn't recommend a Milwaukee meter. They seem to have a slight delay th hat has the potential to be dangerous.
