Yes, only thing it can struggle with is woody plants like trees or bamboo.

Isn't it potentially lethal not only to the weed , but to the user too? Imagine getting struck with that much electricity - like being hit by lightning!

The wellies are rated to stop power, the device won't work if it isn't earthed, the trigger has to be held just right too, squeezing too hard turns it off as does not holding it hard enough, the generator can trip out of there is a short, as will the plug, the transformer and the lance. Impossible to shock yourself without 8ft long arms.
