There are big factories n industries who does both n lakhs of rupees electricity bills are due n also has means of illegal use of electricity in lakhs per individual factory owner n poor people of old city Hyderabad few individuals may dues of say in range of 5 thousand over a duration of 6 months n maybe 10 thousand old city poor people may equal to one rich factory owner defaulter n illegal energy user so department of electricity should focus more on big sharks n recover easily dues n curb illegal use instead of poor people living in one or 2 rooms slums with no use of heavy electricity appliances except with 2 bulbs n one table fan maximum
