How do I get to the hidden menu? My GES 103 is running the beater motor a lot on standby. I need to change that setting

Technician menu is accessible by pressing the E and F at the same time and holding them down. The EF factory will happily help you thru that tomorrow to ensure all your settings are proper. Why do you think it runs a lot on standby? Once the product is being held at liquid (standby) temps it’s going to engage the compressor and beater to hold it at a safe liquid temp. It may be doing exactly what it should be

@@restaurantrepairs I have two machines. The one as soon as I put it in standby the beaters come on. The other doesn't. The mix by the next morning is beat up. I called a tech who went to a menu and changed the setting so the beater motors won't come on in standby. He thought someone changed the settings. We had a blackout and the machine went back to the old setting. I should have watched him to see how he got to the other menu. From what I understand there are at least 3 different menu's
