Actually, I think the Nirvana Bleach tone may be the Pro Co Rat 2 pedal. But this is kinda close. Kurt definitely used something similar on subsequent Nirvana albums as well as a Tech21 Sansamp.

Kurt used Boss DS-1, DS-2 and later also a Sansamp. The green Russian muffs are way lower than Kurt's stuff. It is apparently what Gavin Rossdale used on the first 2 Bush albums (Sixteenth Stone and Razorblade Suitcase)
